What the Numbers Are Based On
The base price is the guide rate for the whole helicopter (see the price page). Guests above 4 move the flight to a larger class (about 1.4 times the 4-seat rate) and 7–8 guests to two helicopters. Extras are added at their listed guide price.
The range runs from the guide price to about 18% above it, to leave room for peak dates, golden-hour demand and landing or permission fees at a specific site. We send the exact figure on WhatsApp the same day.
Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the planner price?
It is a guide range built from the same price book as the price page. The fixed quote on WhatsApp can differ by landing fees at your venue, peak dates and the exact aircraft, and it is the price that counts.
What does the planner assume about guests?
Up to 4 guests fly in the 4-seat class, 5–6 in the 6-seat class at about 1.4 times the price, and 7–8 in two helicopters. Combined weight can move a group into the next class.
Why is a transfer priced like a return?
A one-way transfer includes the helicopter's flight back, so it covers two legs of aircraft time. Add standby if you want to return the same day.
Can I plan a flight the planner does not list?
Yes. Komodo, East Java, Rinjani and far islands are priced by quote. Message us the idea on WhatsApp.
Does the planner book anything?
No. It builds the WhatsApp message. Nothing is booked or paid until we confirm the aircraft, the pad and the price with you.
