Hire a private helicopter by the hour. You choose the route and the stops. 4-seat and 6-seat classes, pilot and fuel included.

Each one is a private helicopter with a licensed pilot. Prices are guide rates for the whole aircraft from our price page; the fixed quote for your date arrives on WhatsApp.

An 18-minute flight past Uluwatu Temple with sparkling wine and a bouquet on landing. Planned as a surprise, for up to 4 guests.

The same day. The quote names the helipad, the arrival time, the flight minutes and what is included. Extras such as flowers, a photographer or a car to the pad are priced line by line.
Nothing is paid through this site. Payment details come with the quote. On the day the pilot gives a 5-minute safety briefing and fits headsets; the weather decision is made by the pilot.

Every flight is flown by a licensed Indonesian air operator. Ask for the operator name and licence number with your quote.
Flights run between sunrise and sunset. We time volcano views for the clear morning hours and coastline flights for golden hour.
Helipads, landings at hotels and venues and the paperwork are arranged with the operator. Tell us the exact place you want to land.
You pay for the aircraft, so the price per person falls as the group grows. Full rate card on the price page.

Get the Price for My GroupAir time is from our distance table and changes with the aircraft and routing. A one-way fare includes the helicopter's flight back, so a same-day return is only the standby time on top.
Across the Lombok Strait in about 35–50 min instead of a half-day by boat or ferry.
Sanur to Gili Trawangan in 30–40 min instead of 2–2.5 hours on a fast boat. Gili landing sites are limited and approved in advance.
From the Bukit pad to an approved site on Penida in 14–20 min, with Kelingking and Crystal Bay in view on the way.
Over the reef and the seaweed farms to a resort landing on Lembongan, with the Yellow Bridge to Ceningan in view. Site approved before you pay.
Skip the Ubud traffic. Ngurah Rai to a pad near Ubud in 13–20 min, with the road time and the landing options laid out honestly.
Ngurah Rai to the Bukit cliffs in 9–14 min. A short hop with honest advice on when the car is the better buy.
Pick the flight, the number of guests, the time of day and extras such as sparkling wine, a photographer or a styled landing. The planner shows an indicative price range, tells you which aircraft class fits and builds the WhatsApp message.
A pilot briefing, bags weighed and loaded, headsets on, then 12 minutes to a few hours in the air. Guests walk to the helicopter from a marked pad, never across the rotor line.

Boarding is led by the pilot or ground crew: shoes on, loose items in a bag, phone on a wrist strap.
The helicopter starts from a pad near you or from the Bukit pad, and a car can bring you there. Check flight minutes and a typical route from your area.

Short hops to Nusa Penida and Lembongan, an hour to Lombok, and multi-leg expeditions east to Komodo. Each island page lists flight time, landing options and what to book.
Senggigi, Mandalika and Mount Rinjani by private helicopter from Bali. Flights based on Lombok are by quote. Approved landing sites only.
Gili Trawangan, Meno and Air by private helicopter, over the reef or onto an approved site. Landing is limited and checked before you pay.
Kelingking, Broken Beach, Diamond Beach and Crystal Bay from the air in minutes. Landing on approved sites only, never on beaches.
Padar, Pink Beach and the Komodo coast by helicopter, either flown from Bali in legs or chartered after a scheduled flight. Always by quote.
You hire the aircraft, not a seat. A Bali helicopter flight is priced per helicopter. The 12-minute Bukit flight costs $450 with one guest or with four, so a group of four pays about a quarter each. If you are two people and the price looks high, ask whether another couple wants the other two seats; we can suggest dates.
Most scenic flights take up to 4 guests. Light helicopters seat a pilot plus three to six passengers, but in Bali's heat the combined weight of people and bags is the real limit. We ask for rough weights when you book and then confirm the aircraft class.
| Aircraft class | Guests | Typical use | Hourly charter |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4-seat class | up to 4 | Scenic flights, proposals, transfers for couples and small groups | $2,300 /h |
| 6-seat class | up to 6 | Families, small groups with bags, island transfers | $3,300 /h |
| Two helicopters | 7–8 | Groups that fly together; each aircraft is priced separately | 2 × 4-seat rate |
Guide rates per flight hour for the aircraft. Which helicopter flies on your date is confirmed with the quote; see the helicopter classes page.
Flights are daylight-only. Sightseeing helicopters fly by day, between sunrise and sunset. That shapes the best slots: 07:00–10:00 for volcano views before cloud builds, and an 18–30 minute golden-hour flight timed to finish at sunset.
A one-way transfer costs almost as much as a return. After dropping you in Ubud, Lombok or on a Gili island the helicopter flies back empty, so a one-way fare covers both legs of aircraft time. If you plan to come back the same day, book the return: it is the same flight time plus standby, from $300 per hour. See how the price is built.
The pilot and the sky make the final call. Rain, low cloud on Mount Agung or Batur, strong wind and volcanic-ash advisories can all change the route or the day. Nothing is lost: we move the flight or refund the part not flown. Read the best time to fly before you pick a date.
Prices are for the whole helicopter, not per seat. A 12-minute Bukit flight starts at $450, a 30-minute Mount Batur flight at $1,150, the 60-minute Bali grand circle at $2,300 and hourly charter at $2,300 per flight hour. Island transfers are priced by flight time: Bali to Nusa Lembongan from $1,000, to the Gili Islands from $2,700, to Lombok from $3,250 one-way. These are guide prices; the fixed quote comes on WhatsApp.
No. You pay for the helicopter. A 12-minute flight costs $450 whether one guest or four are on board, which is why a group of four pays $115 each. Groups of 5–6 fly in a larger class and 7–8 guests take two helicopters; see the price page.
Up to 4 guests in the standard 4-seat class, up to 6 in a larger class, and 7–8 guests split across two helicopters flying together. The limit is seats and combined weight, so we ask for approximate weights when you book.
Most south Bali flights lift off from a helipad on the Bukit peninsula, a short drive from Uluwatu, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua; airport and island transfers can start at other approved pads. The exact helipad and your arrival time are written in the quote. A private car to the pad can be added from $50.
Only where there is an approved landing site, space and the owner's consent. We check the site before we quote. If your villa has no pad, we suggest the nearest approved one. Details are in our landing guide.
Yes, as a golden-hour flight. Helicopter tours in Bali run in daylight, so the flight is timed to end at sunset: you take off roughly 20–30 minutes before and watch the light change from the air. Flights of 18 or 30 minutes start at $750. See golden-hour flights.
The pilot decides on the day. If rain, low cloud on the volcanoes or wind make the flight unsafe or poor, we move it to the next suitable slot or refund the unflown flight. Mornings are usually the clearest, so we often suggest an earlier time.
Yes. Bali to the Gilis takes about 30–40 min and Bali to Lombok airport about 35–50 min, against roughly 2.5 hours by fast boat plus transfers. See Bali to Lombok and Bali to the Gilis.
Same-day flights are sometimes possible, but plan 2–4 days ahead for normal days and about a week for golden-hour slots in July–August and over Christmas and New Year. Proposals and landings need a few days to arrange the site.
We can find a helicopter for an urgent same-day flight, for example from a Gili island or Nusa Penida to Bali. Medical evacuation needs an approved medical crew and your insurer's sign-off, so call 112 and your insurer's assistance line first; see urgent flights.
Send your date, group size and where you are staying on WhatsApp. We reply with the aircraft, route and a fixed price. A deposit holds the slot, and payment details come with the quote. Nothing is paid through this website.
