Car times are daytime ranges that move with traffic. Air times are airborne minutes for one leg; add about 15–20 minutes at each end for boarding, briefing and shutdown.

These four briefs make up most corporate requests. Each is planned around the landing sites first, because the sites decide whether the day works.

Investors and developers viewing land

See plots on the Bukit, the Tabanan coast and the Kintamani hills in one morning instead of a day in traffic. A landing at a plot needs the landowner's consent and the operator's clearance, so we list each site in advance. Where a plot cannot take a helicopter, we land at a nearby approved pad and use a car for the last stretch.

Executives between villa, venue and airport

An example for a dry-season day. Every landing outside an airport depends on the site owner's consent and the operator's clearance, so a multi-stop plan lists each site beforehand. The last landing must come before sunset, about 18:05 in June and 18:40 in late December.

Discretion, Invoices and Who Operates the Flight

Your itinerary stays between you, us and the operator. We do not publish client names, itineraries or photos, and we share your plan only with the people who must clear each landing.

Invoices are by arrangement. Send the company name and what the invoice must show, and we agree the terms before the booking is confirmed. A deposit holds the slot, and the payment details arrive with the quote; the website takes no payment.

Every flight is operated by a licensed Indonesian air operator (AOC holder). Ask for the operator name and licence number with your quote, since many corporate travel policies need them; the guide what to ask an operator lists the questions. The pilot decides on weather, and a flight that cannot go is moved or refunded for the part not flown.

One thread on the day

A single WhatsApp thread covers pick-up, timing changes and the weather call. If a leg is stopped by weather, we move it or refund the part not flown.

We share your plan only with the operator and the parties who must clear each landing. We do not publish client names or itineraries. Ask for the operator's name and licence number with the quote.

Can we fly after dark or in bad weather?
